Bachelor of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management-BPSCM
Program Goal
This programme will offer skills necessary to build successful careers in procurement industry by providing a conceptual foundation in Supply Chain management, logistics and procurement. Upon graduation, students will understand how the increasing strategic nature of purchasing influences other major functional areas in an organisation.
Further, the course will develop their knowledge of best practices in this field, and enhance the understanding of the importance of this business process and activity integration.
Bachelor of Business Administration and Management- BBAM
The purpose of this course is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and critical thinking abilities necessary to excel in various management roles and lead organizations effectively in today's dynamic and competitive business landscape.
Bachelor of Accounting and Finance- BAF
Program Goal
This programme will offer skills that produce business savvy graduates and enable them to apply sound accounting and financing principals and values in management of organisations. The graduates acquire skills in preparation of books of accounts, financial projections, accounting for tax, income and revenue, financial risks management, among other disciplines.
Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT)
Program Goal
This programme offers skills and training foundational aspects of IT and Business. The course combines the key aspects of Information Technology such as software development with the key facets of business such as accounting and operations management to give graduates an edge over their peers. It aims at developing the next generation of business leaders, managers and IT professionals who can successfully apply IT theories and principles to real-world business applications, opportunities and challenges, innovate businesses IT resources and build bridges between technology and business.
Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management (Bsc.HSM)
Program Goal
This programme will offer training to produce professional, transformative and innovative graduates of high integrity, who have theoretical, practical and analytical competencies for research and effective management of national healthcare systems. The Course is aimed at providing the health sector with personnel specialized in health systems management and having relevant knowledge and right mindsets to re-engineer health systems in Kenya and Africa in general.
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management
Program Goal
This programme will offer specialized training in tourism and hospitality to produce equipped man power to manage tourism and hospitality on a global scale. It is designed to provide the needed professional training for rewarding careers in the Industry. The course focuses on the corporate and administrative side of the industry, operational competencies, event management, investment, market study and proficiency in working on and eventually operating a Hospitality and Tourism business. Students also gain exposure through practical training in top notch facilities, participate in varsity career seminars, class excursions and undertake industrial attachment.
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSc IT)
Program Goal
This programme offers skills in use of technology to manage and support business related computer systems. The courses offers career-based training for the development of business information technology systems using varied programming techniques, and software and hardware configurations. This course is aimed at bridging the existing knowledge gap in organisational data storage, business continuity, disaster recovery, security, business analytics and optimisation and enterprise architecture.
Bachelor of Economics and Statistics – BES
Program Goal
This programme is designed to produce professional, transformative and innovative graduates of high integrity who have theoretical, practical and analytical competencies for research and effective management of county and national economic systems. It enables students to describe, compare and correlate the important Economics phenomena of production, consumption, exchange and distribution with the help of Statistics.
Bachelor of Arts International Relations and Diplomacy- BIRD
Program Goal
This programme offers training to equip students with the ability to address the emerging gaps within the discourse of International Relations & Diplomacy as a field of study that is valuable to understanding relations between the various actors in international system. This premier programme will empower learners to address not only the classical epistemological foundations of International Relations (IR) & Diplomacy as a discipline within the realms of Political Science but will fundamentally look at the contemporary and emerging sub-fields in the industry.
BACHELOR OF ARTS (BED. ARTS)
This programme is intended to produce highly qualified graduates who can apply science, technology, and innovation to raise productivity and efficiency levels that can meet the expectation of the country in achieving Vision 2030. The goal of this program is to equip students with critical skills in digital, broadcast and print media. The graduates of the program will gain hands-on experience in researching, writing, editing, presenting and producing of timely content that meets professional standards.
