On September 6, 2024, Zetech University had the honour of hosting a delegation from John von Neumann University, Hungary. The visiting scholars, Prof. Dr. Judit Olah, Head of the Doctoral School, and Prof. Dr. Jozsef Popp, an expert in International Relations from the same institution, met with Zetech University’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Njenga Munene. The courtesy call was a significant step towards exploring and establishing a partnership between the two universities.
The meeting sought to discuss potential areas of collaboration and to lay the groundwork for a formal partnership. Both universities expressed a keen interest in building a mutually beneficial relationship that would enhance their academic and research capabilities. Central to these discussions was the potential signing of an MoU, which will formalise their cooperation.
The MoU will create the framework for various collaborative activities, including:
- Student Exchange Programs: The agreement envisions the exchange of students and staff between the two institutions. This initiative aims to provide participants with unique educational and cultural experiences, fostering global understanding and professional development.
