It is a new year and we are back with vigor. The start of a new school year is a fresh start, a blank slate when students can write a new future and redefine who they are and what they want to achieve this year. One gets to set themselves up for a whole year of success and fun with a mindset of making the most of the school year.
As students resume classes this January and start a new semester, the academics team has committed to provide exceptional training and enhanced delivery of relevant content to the learners. Meanwhile, students are encouraged to overcome any back-to-school and plan for the new semester. Commenting on this, Prof. Peter Kibas, Dean, School of Business and Economics shared that the Zetech fraternity is excited about the new year. To the students, he said, “Organize your study time and make the most of your campus experience. Students are expected to attend at least 75% of assigned classes and make time to have a fruitful semester.” He said. Prof. Kibas further called on students to participate in research activities as we all life skills developments initiatives that are important for a fulfilling campus experience.
This year, the University also admitted new students and took them through orientation, as the faculty and administration plan for a great year. According to the Registrars’ office, all is set for commencement of the semester. “I am pleased to see that our students are ready to begin this year on a high note. We have ensured that the timetable is available to the students in time so that learning can commence without any hitches.” said the Registrar, Academics, Peter Osumba. He went on to add that he is confident that this year the institution will produce highly qualified individuals.
We look forward to a great semester.
