About the Centre:
The Centre for Professional Certification (CPC) department deals with internal and external certification, allowing current and incoming students with an opportunity to enroll for skill-based courses that can set them apart in the market. The courses are available to trainees who want to build their knowledge on skills required in a digital expanding society. The courses range between 2 weeks to 6 months, and the areas of specialization cover IT, design and financial accounting. The target market includes form four leavers who want to get a head start on learning and professionals eager to sharpen their skills.
Objectives:
- Ensure learners acquire the necessary skills after training in order to effectively implement them in the market
- Help learners identify specific areas of specialization
- Produce students who are adequately equipped with skills usable in the market
